The United Nations defines Capacity-building as the process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes, and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world for us capacity building is the foundation for sustainable development because no nation could strive without engineering the structures and policies that enhance its human capital, therefore we are offering the capacity building program to youth and women to enhance national unity through communication, peacebuilding education, and conflict resolution We aim to build capacities to promote national unity, by tackling a series of training in building communication skills, peacebuilding education, and conflict management as well Our staff is fully dedicated to an efficient mechanism, to pullout conflicts at the grassroots, generate and empower youth to use new sets of skills such as positive tolerance, responsible citizenship, conflict resolution advocacy, positive dialogue, and many more; in order to see the change that we are seeking in communities. our program has a wide variety of activities such as sport-based games, art classes, and media activities that will be an entry point to engage youth and women to initiate a behavioral change. Asking what we do exactly.
