MedsLiban volunteers have been working with all their hearts to help the Lebanese citizens in the aftermath of the tragic Beirut Port explosion on August 4th, 2020. The explosion caused widespread damage and devastation, leaving thousands of people injured and homeless. These images depict our dedicated volunteers during their visit to Beirut following the devastating explosion at the port, distributing food parcels and providing aid to the Lebanese citizens affected by the tragedy. The images capture the selfless dedication and commitment of the MedsLiban team as they work tirelessly to assist those in need. MedsLiban during a touristic activity initiated for French tourists to introduce them to the hidden gems of the city of Tripoli and its culture. The tour focused on the rich cultural heritage of the city, the historical sites, the traditional souk, the historic Old Train Station, revealing the natural beauty of Lebanon’s coast, visitors explored the uninhabited islands & discovered the marine life, as well as the opportunity to interact with the local community and learn from their way of life. This tour is not only a way to discover the city but also a great way to support the local community and the social initiatives.
